During the campaign, you will receive the below contributions for your campaign period and extended 90 day period. You may find your amount raised right on your campaign page, and you may pull a report on actual payout when your payment is processed.

For eGift Cards, the amount stated on the offer is the exact amount your Fundraising Campaign will receive. 


For Product Orders, the amount your fundraising campaign will receive is stated on the offer (as a percentage) and is calculated when the purchase is paid for and is calculated on the actual final purchase.  


Based on your campaign timeline, you receive a certain percentage:

Campaign Period (30-45 days)

• 20% contribution for Schwan’s product sales through your campaign (Online or 1-855-870-7208 Opt. 2)

• 40% contribution for eGift Cards sold (Online Only; limit 1 per customer, per campaign)

Campaign Extended Period (~90days after Campaign Period)

• 5% contribution for Schwan’s product sales through your campaign (Online or 1-855-870-7208 Opt. 2)

Amount Raised: Reflects pre-orders, and upsells at the door. This is the Number you see on your 'goal meter' on Schwans-Cares. This number may not be accurate to your actual payout. 

Actual Payout: Reflects all final sales at the door, includes all order modifications and cancellations, this is the accurate amount you will see in your payout checks.

Payments Sent: The money that has been approved, processed, and distributed so far.

Outstanding: The money that has yet to be sent.
